Mummy Cheese Spread

  • 2 port wine cheese logs (12 oz. each)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbls. milk
  • 2 whole peppercorns
  • 1 pimiento strip
  1. Cut cheese logs into pieces for the mummy's head, body, arms and legs; arrange on a serving plate.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mike. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag;
  3. Insert basket weave tip #47. Pipe rows across the mummy, creating bandages. Add peppercorns for eyes and pimiento strip for mouth.
  4. Cut the chives into 2-in. lengths. Position two chives at the bottom of each triangle;
  5. Chill until served.
