Black Widow Dip

YEILD: 1-3/4 cups (14 servings)

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbls. chopped fresh or 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 tbls. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 to 2 tbls. lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • Pita chips or assorted fresh vegetables
  1. In a food processor, combine the first eight ingredients; cover and process until blended.
